This package is great when you have allergies and/or feel congested.

Directions for lung treatment:

• Boil 6 cups of purified water on stove top.
• Add packet.
• Remove from heat.
• Cover head and shoulders with large towel.
• Deep breathe vapors as long as possible.
• Rinse face with purified cool water to close pores.

Note: When done with treatment, keep the treatment saline water in a closed container in the refrigerator. When needed, just boil the water again. Saline Solution can be kept refrigerated for 1 month.
